• Print out this form and mail in.  (The plate will be mailed to the purchaser's address.  Once received, take the plate to DMV to get a new sticker.)

 

The license plate is a one time $50.00 fee

 

Your current number or vanity tag info will be put on the MERR Plate.
 

You don't need to wait until your registration sticker expires-DMV will issue a new sticker with the same expiration date.
 

You must have your vehicle registered in Delaware to purchase this official license plate.
